The foul led to a close to dustup between the groups. A replay that has gone viral of the incident exhibits Embiid yelling, “What are you gonna do?” at Donte DiVincenzo after which OG Anunoby after they obtained in his face. Oakley, for one, knows what he would have done to Embiid. “I probably would have smacked him,” Oakley said. Oakley needs to make it clear he isn’t advocating outright violence, per se. However he says the Knicks need to set the tone of Sunday’s Sport 4 early so Embiid doesn’t assume they are often pushed round. “You may’t let him ship that form of message,” Oakley stated. “If he had carried out one thing like that [when Oakley played], he wouldn’t have gotten away with it.
