However I don’t think they had the same respect for me as I felt they should have. Now, they provided me the job on a three-year deal, however they wished to select my teaching employees, and I simply wasn’t going to do this. For me, being a championship coach, to take a three-year deal when everybody else is getting five-year offers and more cash—and you then wish to decide my employees as effectively—I simply thought that was a slap within the face.
