I believe that’s what Pat Riley was referring to when he mentioned one thing alongside the strains of, “When you’re not enjoying, you most likely ought to keep quiet.” Clearly, that rubbed Jimmy the fallacious manner. He felt like these feedback took issues too far. Either side acknowledged the necessity for a face-to-face assembly to clear the air after all the pieces that occurred. Jimmy was beneath the idea that Pat was going to go to him throughout the offseason at his place in San Diego. Jimmy even advised him about it, however that assembly by no means materialized. Pat by no means went on the market. There was no communication—no texts, no phone calls, no face-to-face meetings—until January 1, when the Heat brought Jimmy into the office. At that meeting, they questioned his effort, suggesting they didn’t think he was giving his all.
